I'm Alice, a qualified CBT therapist and personal growth coach. I help people just like you cut through the noise, drop the guilt, and build a life they actually want to wake up to. I know firsthand how busy life can get when you're juggling family, work, and a hundred little tasks that never seem to end. That's why my approach is practical, honest, and human. I don’t believe we need a huge life overhaul to feel better—we need small, meaningful shifts that add up to real change.

I believe self-care isn’t just bubble baths and empty rituals—it’s about creating a life that feels deeply aligned with who you are, right down to the smallest, everyday moments. It's about weaving meaning into the ordinary: cooking from scratch, planting a seed, picking up a needle and thread, sitting quietly with a good book.

I combine evidence-based techniques, practical self-care tools and creative activities to help you build habits that stick, reshape your mindset, incorporate meaningful activity in your life, celebrate progress (not perfection), and feel more connected—to yourself, your values, and the life you're creating.
